Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hall Editor mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Hall Editor helps you browse, save, and open community Clash of Clans base layouts. Features may include catalogs, favorites, search/filters, optional ads, and optional Lifetime Pro (No Ads).

2. Unofficial product / no affiliation

Hall Editor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Supercell Oy, Clash of Clans, or any Supercell product. You must also comply with Supercell’s terms when using Clash of Clans.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal entertainment. You may not reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), rent, sell, scrape aggressively, bypass security/purchases, or misuse the App.

4. Content

Layouts, images, and copy links are provided “as is.” Content may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee in-game results. You are responsible for how you use layout links inside Clash of Clans.

5. In-app purchases — Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a one-time unlock for No Ads (and related Pro benefits shown in the App). It is not a recurring subscription unless a future offer is clearly labeled as one.

Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We use RevenueCat to help validate entitlements.

6. Advertising

If Lifetime Pro is not unlocked, the App may show ads (including via Google AdMob). Personalization depends on platform settings and consent/ATT choices. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited use

Do not distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, violate Supercell or platform terms, or abuse ads/purchases/restore flows.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALL EDITOR AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR GAME PROGRESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID FOR LIFETIME PRO IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $20.

10. App stores

Your use is also subject to Apple and/or Google terms. Those stores are not responsible for maintenance or support of Hall Editor except as required by their standard agreements.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
